Good CS, but stinky cancellation policy
Great customer service, but I am frustrated with the policies. I cancelled my unit four days after renting it without ever moving anything in. I was unable to return the keys and lock and did not receive a refund for the rest of the month I had pre-paid.

Hasan was very helpful. He gave me some options. Was on top of the logistic questions I had. Thanks! This is the third Public Storage place I have rented from over the years. Good facility.

Great customer service! Excellent facilities!
Yuri and the other front office folks are great! They took care of me late on a Saturday afternoon, just 30 minutes before closing. The security at the Santa Clara Stewart location is great, the facilities are clean, and the drive-in access is simple/easy. The newly built climate-controlled building is fantastic. My only complaint was that there simply aren't enough carts to share with other patrons. A place this large should have plenty of dollies or flatbed carts. But I only saw maybe two when I was there.
