Overall satisfied
It was a good experience, although the only downfall was it seemed like the gate was malfunctioning. I would go multiple times at different times of night to access my unit and the gate was always open. It made you lose that added sense of security.

Move from out of state at last minute, lifesaving help from these people!
I made my reservation online and was immediately contacted by Daphne the next day. The contract process was easy and the customer service was excellent! We received 50% off the first month due to a current special offer and payment was made easily without any issues. The units are easy to locate and behind secured gates with security cameras. This makes me feel especially safe with my items being secured. We were provided a gate code immediately upon reservation for our arrival with movers the following day. Itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s a 24 hour access unit easily accessible any time needed. There was a small issue late at night with the code not working but the owner quickly had someone come out to unlock the gate and let the movers in. Overall I am very pleased with this choice and company.
