my reservation was not held...
I received a welcome email the week before and the day before giving me the address of the rental storage unit I had reserved. I went to that unit the day I was signed up to be there and they said it was not available because the building was not built. I was disappointed they had not contacted me to let me know this before I was there with all my stuff. It was difficult and took a lot of time to find another unit that would honor the price I got. When we finally found one, I drove to that location, double checking the address with the person helping me. When I got there they said that I was at the wrong place. Fortunately they felt sorry for me and found a unit there for me. It seems they company has a hard time with accurate communication. Once I signed a contract, the staff was very friendly and helpful. I was pleased with the service, but disappointed in with run around I got.
