A little disappointed at first
I was a little disappointed at first, I arrived Monday morning around 9:20am to find no one was there. I left then came back & still no one there around 9:40. Someone arrived around 9:40 & said about 10 min. I didn't go in until around 10:15. However, the gentleman did take care of me. I wasn't aware of the insurance fees & how often to be paid. What I thought was around $80 ended up to be $122. The gentleman then showed me the unit, perfect size ðŸ‘, however it is actually too high for me to access. I returned on Tues night to move in only to find a lock on my unit. Instructions indicated my code should unlock the unit, it didn't & I called the office, only to get a recording. I then called customer service & I was happy to get the correct code. Thanks for 1800 Cube Smart. The temporary lock was left in the door opening @ the office.
