They, are extremely friendly here, I want to thank Sonya for reserving my unit for me and for setting me up to finalize it with Nancy, it went extremely smooth, and they go over everything with u and explain it in great detail and if u have any questions they can and will answer them. thanks alot Sonya and Nancy for such a wonderful experience. I would recommend u guys a million times over. thanks again.

The best storage company hands down
Everything about Public Storage makes it the best. This is the second time my family and I have used the company. The staff is always helpful and provides the best customer service around. They always answer questions and handle concerns immediately. No matter the time of day I've visited I have felt safe and I know my property is safe. I always reccommend Public Storage to people looking for a place to keep their posessions

Intermediate space from present to future home.
From the moment your people were more than helpful. They were reassuring at a time when I was coming apart at the seams. I am so happy I heard about you. Needing a short term place to store my belongings your company was the answeetest to my prayers.

Good experience
The property managers have been helpful and the unit was clean, well maintained and ready for me to move into. The only needed improvement I can think of is a better marking of the traffic flow. To access the only exit keypad, you have to leave by one specific route, which is not marked. When the gate is left open you can exit from either direction. When it is not, the keypad can only be accessed from one direction without exiting your vehicle. I understand the need for a consistent direction of the traffic flow and it should be clearly marked with signs and/or pavement markings.
