What I hoped for
Easy rental process. Easy access. Agreeable and helpful front desk associate. Not sure if I am getting charged for insurance I do not need. The humans i spoke to said i wouldn’t. The email i got was not so clear, regarding the first month 😡. Other than that, my other concern was the noticeably musty smell inside the climate controlled facility. The temp said climate controlled, the smell said uncontrolled humidity 🙁🤨. I will buy damp rid/ charcoal and hope for the best.🤨🤞🏻

Small climate controlled unit. Facility smelled surprisingly musty for climate controlled, but i’ve never rented a CC unit before. There was no light in the unit. Like I said, my unit was small 5’x10’, but anything larger, you’re going to need to bring a light — especially if you are really filling it up with boxes, furniture, etc. But, overall, I’d rent again. And the guy working the desk was super helpful and pleasant.
