fast and easy
facility is easy to use, customer service is slightly slow but online makes it effective

Convenient, good service
I was in a rush to move out and realized I didn't have enough room in my car for everything. Panicked, I called my mom and she set up a unit for me at secure self storage Ithaca. It really saved me, and it's really convenient that it's open 24/7 and you can access it at your leisure. Would recommend.
