An All-Around Good Option
The Ithaca location is very convenient. It facility itself is clean and entrance-secured after hours. It appears to be very efficiently managed from the onsite office which is opened during normal business hours. The rental rates are reasonable--somewhat lower than than many competitors in the area. My unit was very clean. I really appreciate the online option for doing business and auto pay. I've only been in my unit a few days, but my impression is positive.

Very streamlined experience
Check in process was very simple, storage unit was clean and even had rodent repellant in the corners.

Nice and easy
There was a different man working there this time and he was also easy to work with. They have bolt cutters available for those of us that lose our keys and new locks are available for purchase in the office.

Clean and secure
Best choice for storage in the Ithaca area as compared with other facilities I've tried. Really clean and secure. In addition, there are pallets in each unit for customer use, which was great. The front desk staff was a little gruff, but overall I would recommend to a friend.
