First time reserving a storage unit
Friendly staff. The facility is easy to access and well maintained. I also called Sparefoot to ask some questions and the customer service agent was very helpful. The reservation process was quick and easy. This is my first time renting storage and I'm very satisfied with the service.

Savannah called the same day I made a reservation and even though I wasnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t able to answer, she left a friendly message. The next day, I called 15 minutes prior to their closing and Savannah executed contactless registration and payment even though it would be completed after their closing time.

I just rented a unit 2 days ago & the beautiful young lady (I'm terrible with names, sorry) running the front desk & answering their phones(not a robot) was just as sweet as pie! She was Very helpful, answered all of my many questions in a professional yet very personable & friendly manner with a smile on her face and didn't make me feel rushed while touring me around the place. This establishment feels like it's owned & run by a close nit family. That's a good feeling. We need more business like these around Г°ЕёЛњЕ Thanks for the warm welcome! Amber K.
